Fifteen years ago, Rosie Davies moved on from her post as senior tutor at a local cookery school to start her own micro-school – Cooking with Rosie now has an international reputation, especially among chefs working on major yachts in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. We’ve loved having them here at Penny’s Mill.

Now we can offer you our hospitality, the freedom of our beautiful house – and the chance to sample Rosie’s cooking! Most of all, we will do our level best to give you a relaxed, informal, comfortable stay in one of Somerset’s most special places
